Rishi Kapoor breathed his remaining at current. The actor was 67-years-old. Alia Bhatt was seen consoling an emotional Neetu Kapoor at Rishi’s funeral. The actress stood like a pillar beside the Kapoor family whereas they acknowledged their final goodbye to the late actor.
Now, Alia has taken to Instagram to share throwback footage of Rishi Kapoor with Neetu Kapoor and his son Ranbir Kapoor. The actress moreover penned an emotional phrase, calling Rishi her good buddy and father.
She wrote, “What can I say. About this beautiful man… who brought soo much love and goodness into my life. Today, everyone speaks of the legend that is Rishi Kapoor… and though I have known him like that all my life… for the past two years, I have known him as a friend, a fellow Chinese food lover, a total cinema lover, a fighter, a leader, a beautiful storyteller, an extremely passionate tweeter and a father! In these past two years, the love I have received from him is a warm hug that I will always cherish! I thank the universe for giving me this opportunity to know him… today probably most of us can say he is like family – because that’s how he made you feel. Love you, Rishi Uncle! Will miss you forever! Thank you for being you!”
Alia shared a throwback picture of Rishi and Neetu and wrote, “Love you.” Sharing a childhood picture of Ranbir collectively along with his father, she wrote, “Beautiful boys.”
Rishi Kapoor was affected by leukemia from the previous two years. He stayed in New York for over-a-year for the treatment. He returned to India in September, 2019.
The veteran actor was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday morning. He left us at 8:45am at current (Thursday) morning. His lack of life left his followers, household and mates members heartbroken.
He was cremated at Chandanwadi Crematorium in Mumbai. The funeral was attended by solely a number of household and mates members attributable to the continued lockdown.
